Local Data Storage

The app stores the following data locally on your device:

• Video Playback Preferences: Your skip forward/backward duration settings
• Continue Watching History: Playback positions for videos you've watched (limited to 5 videos in the free version, unlimited with Premium)
• Custom Thumbnails: Your custom thumbnail selections for videos (Premium feature)
• Premium Status: Your in-app purchase status

All this data remains on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

Photo Library Access

GesturePlay requires access to your Photo Library to:

• Display and play your video files
• Generate and set custom thumbnails for videos

Important: We only access videos in your Photo Library. All video access and processing happens locally on your device. Your videos are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with anyone.

In-App Purchases

GesturePlay offers a one-time Premium purchase through Apple's In-App Purchase system. When you make a purchase:

• Apple processes the transaction - We do not have access to your payment information
• Purchase verification - Apple's StoreKit verifies your purchase status locally on your device
• No subscription - Our Premium is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges

We do not collect or store any payment information. All transactions are handled securely by Apple.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes
• Location data
• Usage analytics or statistics
• Crash reports or diagnostic data
• Your video files or their contents
• Any data that could identify you

Third-Party Services

GesturePlay does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service we use is:

• Apple StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy

Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data. All app functionality operates locally on your device.

Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Your data is protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
• Data is backed up through your iCloud or iTunes backup if you have enabled device backups
• Deleting the app will remove all locally stored app data

Children's Privacy

GesturePlay does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app simply provides a video player interface for your existing video content.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete app data: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored preferences and data
• Photo Library access: You can revoke photo library access at any time in your device Settings
• Reset preferences: You can restore default settings within the app
